The circled photos imply that this is space in the villa itself. Unfortunately our experience with the apartment fell short of five stars. There was no wifi in the unit, we had to use mobile data instead. There is wifi on the ground level by the pool, but since it's a shared space there wasn't any privacy for calls/work, especially after 10. The double bed consisted of two rigid single spring mattresses which weren't comfortable to share as a couple.

It'd be great if the listing includes photos of the entry to the unit and circled it's location within the villa (as opposed to the whole building being highlighted). Same for the description. We found the old single spring mattresses divided in the middle very uncomfortable. Some of the power outlets were not working, sparkingloose + exposed wires. It would be nice to have a range over the cooktop so that the food smells don't stick around in the space. Basics in the kitchen (a little coffee, salt, pepper, oil) were all empty. The screen in the window had a gap at the bottom that can't be closed so a few times we had to evict unwanted visitors like beetles and crickets. Ultimately with a little maintenance and small updates this could be a great space.

The apartment itself is very spacious with everything you'll need and the bed is very comfortable!
When we arrived, there were lot of small flies in the room on all walls. Apartment was probably empty for longer time with no ventilation, however after couple hours they all totally disappeared and everything was great as described! |

The cozy holiday home with 5 apartments for 2-4 persons is located directly by the sea, quiet and idyllic on the outskirts of the popular holiday resort "Orebic" on the sunny, subtropical-smelling, Dalmatian peninsula Peljesac.
In addition to the beautiful house, the property includes a well-kept outdoor area with barbecue and seating, as well as private parking for up to 5 cars. A beautiful pebble beach is right in front of the house. Nearby there are also some sandy beaches like the Trstenica, if you prefer them.

In the neighboring towns of Kuciste and Viganj, surfers enjoy excellent conditions due to the narrow sea channel between Peljesac and the island of Korcula, which provides excellent wind conditions and a constantly blowing light breeze.
A paved footpath on the beach leads directly to the village center, which is 700 meters away. In the other direction you can take long walks. From Orebic there is a ferry every half hour to the nearby medieval town of Korcula, which is definitely worth a visit due to its intact medieval structure and the famous world traveler Marco Polo and its typical Mediterranean flair.
Among the beauties of the Peljesac peninsula are the many idyllic bathing beaches and bays as well as the mountainous and lush green interior with fertile soils. The largest winegrowing region of Dalmatia with excellent wines like PLAVAC and DINGAC comes from here.
