DESCRIPTION OF THE RENTAL UNIT
Apartment #1, 25m², for 2+1 (child) person, consists of one big room, in which there are a double bed and an additional bed for one child, a TV (LCD) set (satellite transmission) and an air-conditioning system, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, a completely supplied kitchen (+ microwave + a coffee machine) and a terrace . The guests can use a parking lot in front of the house and the barbecue in the garden.
Twice a week clean towels are provided and every seven days the bed-clothes are changed (consulting the guest). To show our welcome there are some cold drinks in the fridge.The price is per appartment/day and it includes tourist tax, wireless internet (WiFi), an air-conditioning system, electricity, water, bed-clothes, towels and final cleaning .You can bring your pets with you, if informed in advance.The arrival day after 2pm, the departure day till 10am.
