Spend relaxing holiday days in this cosy studio apartment in Podaca, just 100 metres from the sea. On 25 m², the accommodation offers sleeping space for up to three people, a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washbasin, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, gas stove and sink. The 15 m² terrace with sea view invites you to have breakfast or linger in the evening. Bed linen is provided and the apartment has a separate access.
The studio is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained family house with a garden and parking directly on the property. The outdoor area offers an outdoor shower with cold and hot water, and grill facilities can be used by arrangement.
The central, yet quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac offers absolute relaxation. In just a few steps, you will reach the gravel beach, supermarket, restaurants, cafés and bus stop. The coastal town of Podaca is nestled between mountains and sea and is excellently suited for day trips to Makarska, Split, Dubrovnik or Mostar.

[21.-28. 6. 2025] Užasná lokalita, krásné moře, velmi milí hostitelé. Bylo to senzační. Ubytování bylo mnohem lepší, než jsem čekala a cenovka je naprosto výjmečná. Na konci června jsme tak meli s dětmi perfektní dovolenou. Moře mělo 24-25 stupňů. Vzsee more
[21.-28. 6. 2025] Užasná lokalita, krásné moře, velmi milí hostitelé. Bylo to senzační. Ubytování bylo mnohem lepší, než jsem čekala a cenovka je naprosto výjmečná. Na konci června jsme tak meli s dětmi perfektní dovolenou. Moře mělo 24-25 stupňů. Vzdálenost ubytování od moře je cca 3 minuty pěšky. Ve stejné vzdálenosti je i Studenac - obchod s potravinami a ATM. Při výběru z ATM jsem platila něco kolem 6 euro extra za výběr, což se dá zkousnout. Asi 6 km od ubytování směrem na Drveník je Plodine, větší supermarket, kde se dá koupit všechno. 4 minuty autem směrem na Gradac je čerpací stanice. Benzín jsem tankovala za 1.42€. Na pláži v Podace jsou asi 3 restaurace, kde jsme si zakoupili jen zmrzlinu, jídlo tam nevypadalo moc extra vzhledem k poměru cena-výkon. Zmrzlina je na plazi nejvetsi v prvním stánku. 9 minut od ubytování je ve městě Drvenik trajekt na Hvar. Doporucuji! Za zpatecni trajekt dáte ve 3 osobách s autem 56€, není to málo, ale stojí to za to. Výlet je ideální na celý den. Návštěva samotného města Hvar byla krásná, doporučuji! Ve městě jsme navštívili restaraci Dalmatio - drahé ale nesmírně chutné jídlo. Dlouho na to nezapomenu. Ve vzdálenosti asi 1h 40 min je Mostar, krasné osmanské městečko, ceny jsou tam poloviční než v chorvatsku. Doporučuji restauraci Sadarvan. Neslutečný gastro zážitek. Ve městě se dá projet na řece ve člunu. Všude jsou obchůdky. Staré centrum je malebné a všude jsou kamenné uličky. V Mostaru jsem tankovala v prepoctu za 29 korun. Ve stejné vzdálenosti jako je Mostar je též Dubrovník. Doporučuji návštěvu města ale spíš se staršími dětmi. Nejlépe se najíte přímo ve starém městě. Pozor, sem tam jsem se chytila do turistické pasti - jak ohledně jídla tak ohledně hop on/ hop off výletních autobusů. Jestli máte vlastní auto, doporučuji si všechno projet sami, včetně vyhlídky na město. Půl hodiny od Dubrovníku je za městem Čilipy jedna z nejkrásnějších pláží v chorvatsku.

Mais un effort doit être fait pour le logement (tuyau de douche à changer, wc non fonctionnel, j ai debouche le lavabo...) 2 petites cuillères 2 tasses.... Robinet cuisine cassé.... Manque d ustensile cuisine ....tire
