The 25 m² apartment is ideal for 2 persons + 1 additional guest and offers a combined living, sleeping and kitchen area with a double bed, sofa bed, SAT-TV, air conditioning, electric cooker, refrigerator, kettle, filter coffee machine, cooking utensils, toaster, dining table and cosy seating area.
The 10 m² large, partially covered terrace is equipped with lounge furniture, table and chairs, and offers direct access to the garden/courtyard. Pets are welcome.
The holiday home provides courtyard and garden use, sun terrace and garden terrace and is located quietly in a residential area. Restaurants, supermarkets, the town centre and the beach are accessible within a few minutes.
In the surrounding area, guests can enjoy water sports, boat trips, diving, cycling, tennis, kayaking, beach volleyball, and other activities.
Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, electricity, water, bedding, towels, heating, internet (Wi-Fi), use of the communal washing machine, and kitchen towels. Pets will be charged separately.
