The house was built at the end of the 19th century as a summer residence and now offers comfortable apartments in a quiet, green environment. The air-conditioned studio is located on the second floor, has around 21.5 m² of living space and a 12 m² terrace with sea view, equipped with seating furniture and a parasol.
The living and sleeping area is comfortably furnished and offers a double bed, satellite TV and a small dining area for two people. The cupboard-like kitchen unit is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, sink, 2-plate cooker, filter coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The modern bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. WiFi, heating and air conditioning provide additional comfort.
The spacious garden of the property invites you to relax with a large freshwater pool, sun loungers, a Hollywood swing, playground, and shady seating areas. Pets are welcome, and parking is available directly at the house.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, a café, and shopping opportunities. The nearest beach is only 300 metres away, a nudist beach about 900 metres.
