This charming studio apartment is located in the best location directly by the sea in the idyllic coastal town of Tribunj on the Šibenik Riviera. From the furnished south terrace, you can enjoy a dreamlike view over the glittering Adriatic – the perfect place for breakfast in the morning sun or mild evenings with the sound of the sea. The nearest beach is just a few steps away, and the picturesque old town of Tribunj, which lies on a small island and is accessible via a bridge, is only about 150 metres away.
The air-conditioned apartment is located in the attic of a well-maintained private house and offers a cosy living and sleeping area with a double bed, sofa bed, dining table and satellite TV. The integrated kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, 2-plate hob, sink, kettle and crockery and cooking utensils - ideal for uncomplicated self-catering. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. WiFi is available free of charge.
The house is located quietly and yet centrally: restaurants, cafés, supermarket and bakery can be reached within a few minutes, as well as the yacht harbour and the waterfront promenade that leads around the old town. Nearby, you can expect numerous leisure activities such as boat trips, jet skiing, windsurfing, bicycle rental or romantic walks along the coast.
In the well-maintained garden area, a grill is available to you, and small boats up to about five metres in length can be moored at the property's own boat landing stage. Laundry can be washed free of charge by the landlords if required. Pets are not allowed. Public parking spaces are available free of charge nearby.

Die Lage des Appartements ist sensationel. Leider etwas abgewohnt. Uraltes Besteck und Geschirr. Braucht alles bisschen Renovierung. Was auch nicht so toll ist, ist das Bett bzw. die Matraze. omg
viel zu weich und durchgelegen :-) Hatte jeden Tag Krsee more
