This charming studio apartment is located in a prime position right by the sea in the idyllic coastal town of Tribunj on the Šibenik Riviera. From the furnished south-facing terrace, you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the sparkling Adriatic – the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning sun or balmy evenings with the sound of the sea. The nearest beach is just a few steps away, and the picturesque old town of Tribunj, which sits on a small island and is accessible via a bridge, is only around 150 metres away.
The air-conditioned apartment is located on the top floor of a well-maintained private house and offers a cosy living and sleeping area with a double bed, sofa bed, dining table and satellite TV. The integrated kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, 2-ring hob, sink, kettle as well as crockery and cooking utensils – ideal for uncomplicated self-catering. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. WiFi is available free of charge.
The house is located quietly yet centrally: restaurants, cafés, supermarket and bakery are within a few minutes' reach, as are the yacht harbour and the waterfront promenade, which runs around the old town. Nearby you will find numerous leisure activities such as boat trips, jet skiing, windsurfing, bicycle rental or romantic walks along the coast.
In the well-maintained garden area, a barbecue grill is available to you, and small boats up to approximately five metres in length can be moored at the property's own boat landing place. Laundry can be washed free of charge with the landlords if needed. Pets are not permitted. Public car parks are available free of charge nearby.

Die Lage des Appartements ist sensationel. Leider etwas abgewohnt. Uraltes Besteck und Geschirr. Braucht alles bisschen Renovierung. Was auch nicht so toll ist, ist das Bett bzw. die Matraze. omg
