The integrated kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, 2-ring hob, sink, kettle as well as crockery and cooking utensils – ideal for uncomplicated self-catering. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. WiFi is available free of charge.

The house is located quietly yet centrally: restaurants, cafés, supermarket and bakery are within a few minutes' reach, as are the yacht harbour and the waterfront promenade, which runs around the old town. Nearby you will find numerous leisure activities such as boat trips, jet skiing, windsurfing, bicycle rental or romantic walks along the coast.

In the well-maintained garden area, a barbecue grill is available to you, and small boats up to approximately five metres in length can be moored at the property's own boat landing place. Laundry can be washed free of charge with the landlords if needed. Pets are not permitted. Public car parks are available free of charge nearby.

This cosy studio apartment offers space for up to two people on 29 m² and is located on the ground floor of a centrally located complex, just 200 metres from the sea. The accommodation features an open living, dining and sleeping area with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe, bedside tables, room darkening, desk and SAT-TV. Air conditioning and heating ensure pleasant temperatures.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, electric cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes and cutlery. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shower, mirror, window and hairdryer. A baby bed can be provided upon request.

The accommodation has a separate access and a parking space on site. In the 720 m² large garden, terrace areas and barbecue facilities are available by arrangement.
