This cosy studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained house, just 100 metres from the beach. The accommodation is situated on a quiet side street and offers space for two adults and two children or three adults. The house provides a total of five residential units for up to 16 people, ideal for families or couples looking to spend a relaxing holiday near the beach.
The studio consists of a combined living, sleeping and dining area with a double bed, sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette with cooker, oven, refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine. A dining table for four people is also available. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The equipment includes Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning. A terrace with seating furniture, sun loungers and an awning offers direct access to the garden - perfect for enjoying the day comfortably outdoors. The washing machine can be used with the landlord for a fee, and a private parking space is available at the house.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, bank and bakery – all conveniently within walking distance. The gravel beach is just a few steps away and ideal for swimming, sunbathing or water sports activities.
