Spend an unforgettable holiday in this charming studio apartment in the idyllic holiday destination of Veli Rat in Northern Dalmatia - just about 20 metres from the sea. The accommodation is perfect for couples or solo travellers who appreciate peace, nature and direct sea access.
The studio offers everything you need for a relaxed stay on 14 m²: two single beds, a small kitchenette with a fridge, electric cooker and toaster, as well as a private bathroom with shower and WC. From the covered balcony (8 m²), you can enjoy a sea view and use the sun loungers or the barbecue. The use of the courtyard, garden and terrace with a sunbathing lawn, parasols and outdoor shower completes the well-being offer. Bed linen, towels and an iron are provided. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
The apartment is located quietly in a well-maintained environment, surrounded by plenty of greenery. Restaurants, supermarkets, and other facilities are just a few minutes' walk away, and the beach with fine gravel or rocks is right at the doorstep. Parking spaces are available directly at the house.
