This spacious holiday villa on the island of Čiovo offers ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday on the Croatian Adriatic coast. The villa features four comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and create a pleasant living atmosphere.
Particularly impressive is the expansive property of around 3,300 m². Surrounded by Mediterranean plants, olive trees and fig, lemon and orange trees, guests enjoy a high degree of peace and privacy. The private swimming pool with sun loungers invites relaxation, whilst the generous terraces provide ideal conditions for shared outdoor meals or cosy evenings under the Dalmatian sky.
The sea is only about 30 metres from the villa. Via a well-maintained path, you can reach the coast and bathing facilities within a few minutes. The quiet location makes the accommodation particularly attractive for guests seeking relaxation away from large hotel complexes.
The facilities include WiFi, air conditioning, dishwasher, barbecue area, garden furniture and private parking on the property. For families, there are also additional leisure activities for children available.
The island of Čiovo is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Dalmatia. The historic UNESCO city of Trogir is reachable in just a few minutes' drive and impresses with its picturesque old town, numerous restaurants and cultural attractions. The city of Split with its famous Diocletian's Palace, the lively waterfront promenade and diverse leisure activities is also easily accessible. Thanks to its proximity to Split Airport, getting there is particularly straightforward.
