The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house with a total of six rental units. Two cosy bedrooms are each equipped with a spacious double bed, one of which also has its own air conditioning. In the living area, a comfortable sofa bed invites you to relax, while the modern SAT TV provides entertainment. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an electric cooker, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, as well as all cooking utensils and cutlery. A large dining table offers space for up to six people. The apartment features a spacious, covered terrace of 20 m² with a table and chairs, which invites you to shared meals or to linger outdoors.
