PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The small holiday home with only 3 apartments and a beautiful pool is located in the tranquil holiday resort of Bibinje, only 8 km away from the attractive northern Dalmatian port city of Zadar. The house is centrally located in the town, not far from the old town center on the small peninsula and the boat harbor. The entire infrastructure of tourist interest with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets. Excursion agencies, etc. are within walking distance.

The only 2-storey house is located in the middle of a 1500m² private garden with many olive trees and all kinds of Mediterranean plants and therefore offers plenty of space for children and pets to play and run around. There is also a children's swing.

The 3 cozy apartments are suitable for 2-6 people each and each have their own terrace where you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed. There is a large apartment with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 smaller apartments with 1 bedroom each on the upper floor. All apartments are air conditioned and offer satellite TV. Free Wi-Fi internet access is also available in all 3 apartments.

A free parking space is available to guests of the house on the property. There is a barbecue in the well-kept garden area of the house, which can be used by all guests by mutual agreement. Your pets are of course also welcome guests here. If necessary, the landlord's washing machine can be used upon request. The friendly landlord couple speaks English and Croatian. Arrival and departure is only possible on Saturdays, at least from the end of June to the beginning of September.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The 3-storey holiday house is located in the quiet resort Bibinje, only about 8 km southeast of Zadar. Located directly on the sea, it offers a beautiful view of the old town center. The center with a small boat harbor is only 200 m. Here you will find several restaurants, cafes, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, etc. The next beach is just 50 m. Also directly in front of the house can be bathed. The seabed is sandy here and is therefore also good for children. The house offers on the ground floor a large apartment for 8 + 1 persons with a large veranda. On the first floor there are 2 apartments for max 4 persons and another for max. 6 persons. On the second floor is a nice apartment for 4-5 persons with a large panoramic terrace. All rental units have satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a private balcony or terrace. The house also has a large fruit and vegetable garden and an outdoor grill with seating. The private parking for 6 cars is located in the front lot adjacent to the sea. The owners also live in the house and can communicate in English and Spanish. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests. Excursion destinations include the 3 large national parks in the area, which are: the Kornati Islands Archipelago, the Velebit NP where most of the Winnetou films were shot and the breathtaking Krka Falls near Sibenik. In addition, the northern Dalmatian cities of Zadar and Sibenik have very beautiful historic town centers and the offshore islands invite to day trips.
