The bright, comfortable semi-detached house on the ground floor offers a private entrance, a covered terrace with garden furniture and direct access to the green garden. The living/dining room is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, a cosy corner sofa and a divan bed. The fully equipped kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle invites you to prepare meals yourself.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and mosquito net, the other with two single beds. A modern bathroom with shower, WC and window completes the accommodation. High chair and baby bed are available upon request.
The small, well-maintained bungalow park offers a saltwater pool, barbecue area, sunbathing lawn and playground. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are just a few steps away, while the nearest beach is approximately 2.5 km away.

Sehr gute Unterkunft, jederzeit wieder!

Der Vermieter war super nett, jederzeit ansprechbar und immer hilfsbereit. Er sprach auch sehr gut Deutsch (was viele Menschen in Porec auch tun).
Die Wohnung war recht groß, jeder hatte die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen wenn er mal Ruhe brauchtesee more

Die Wohnung war recht groß, jeder hatte die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen wenn er mal Ruhe brauchte. Der Pool ist zum Abkühlen groß genug, da passen auch mehrere Personen gleichzeitig hinein, zum Rumtoben eher nicht geeignet. Die Lage etwas außerhalb von Porec fanden wir sehr angenehm, da es sehr ruhig gewesen ist und man trotzdem nur wenige hundert Meter zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit hatte. Die naheliegende Straße störte überhaupt nicht, da sie unserer Ansicht nach nicht stark befahren ist. Parken direkt vor dem Haus auf dem Gelände mit Zufahrtskontrolle ist auch sehr positiv. |
