This bright apartment (approx. 55 m²) for up to 6 people is located on the 1st floor of a 3-storey holiday home directly by the sea in the quiet village of Bibinje, just 8 km from Zadar. The furnished south-facing balcony (35 m²) with sea view offers space for up to 6 people and is ideal for breakfast, dinner or relaxed sunny hours.

The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower, a living kitchen with satellite TV, air conditioning and a dining table for 6 people as well as a sofa bed for 2 additional guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, 4-plate stove (gas/electric), oven, double sink, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, pots, crockery and cutlery.

Amenities include WiFi, washing machine, bed linen, towels and a cot on request. The holiday home also offers a large fruit and vegetable garden, outdoor grill with seating and a private parking space. Pets are not allowed, smoking is permitted.

The central location allows short distances to restaurants, cafés, supermarket, pharmacy and doctor (200 m), while the nearest beach is only 50 m away. The sandy sea floor directly in front of the house is particularly suitable for families with children.

At around 90 m² the apartment offers plenty of space and comfort. Particularly pleasant is the direct access to the garden and pool: from the apartment you can step directly into the generous outdoor area and enjoy relaxed holiday days in the green surroundings.

The holiday apartment features two separate bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. This provides a high level of comfort and privacy even with several guests.

The heart of the accommodation is the approximately 50 m² open living, dining and kitchen area. Here you will find plenty of space for cooking, eating and relaxing together. Additionally, a sofa bed with a sleeping area of approximately 140 × 200 cm is available in the living area.

The kitchen is comprehensively equipped and features, amongst other things, a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and extensive cookware.

A particular highlight is the large, covered terrace of approximately 27–30 m². It serves as an additional outdoor living area and offers a lovely view of the garden. From here you have direct access to the approximately 1,500 m² property.

In the communal outdoor area there is a pool, sun terrace, outdoor shower, sunbathing lawn, olive trees, a barbecue area and a children's playground.

Two air conditioning units ensure pleasant temperatures. WiFi, bed linen, towels, electricity, water and final cleaning are already included in the price. Free parking spaces are located directly at the house.

The nearest pebble beach is only about 200 m away. Restaurants, cafés, shopping facilities and Bibinje harbour are also quickly accessible.

The historic old town of Zadar is located approximately 8 km away and offers numerous attractions, restaurants, shopping opportunities and leisure activities.
