The approximately 40 m² holiday flat offers space for up to 4 people and is ideal for couples, small families or friends. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a combined living, dining and kitchen area.

The air-conditioned kitchen-living room is equipped with satellite TV, a sofa bed, a single bed, a dining table for four people and a well-equipped kitchenette. Here you can cook together, eat and spend relaxed holiday days.

On the approximately 10 m² terrace with a view of the well-maintained garden, you have access to terrace furniture and a sun shade awning – ideal for a cosy breakfast or a relaxed evening outdoors.

The holiday home is located in a spacious, approximately 1,500 m² garden with olive trees and Mediterranean plants. Guests have access to a sun terrace, a lawn area and a pool for shared use. There is a swing for children. A barbecue can be used by arrangement.

Parking spaces are located directly at the house. WiFi, bed linen, towels, electricity and water are included in the price.

Location

The nearest shingle beach is only about 200 m away. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and Bibinje harbour are also quickly accessible.

The historic harbour town of Zadar is located only about 8 km away and offers numerous sights, restaurants, shopping opportunities and leisure activities.

• In July and August, arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays.
• Pets are absolutely not permitted. This applies regardless of animal type, size or number.
• The pool and parts of the garden are shared with other guests of the house.

This bright apartment (36 m²) for up to 4 persons is located on the 1st floor of a 3-storey holiday home directly by the sea in the quiet village of Bibinje, just 8 km from Zadar. From the furnished west-facing balcony (5 m²), you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea – ideal for relaxed evenings.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower, a living kitchen with satellite TV, a dining table for 4 people, as well as 2 single beds or an additional bed for children. The fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator, freezer, 4-plate stove (gas/electric), oven, double sink, filter coffee machine, pots, crockery, and cutlery.

The amenities include Wi-Fi, washing machine, bed linen, towels and a children's bed on request. The holiday home also offers a large fruit and vegetable garden, outdoor grill with seating and a private parking space. Pets are not allowed, smoking is permitted.
