Experience unforgettable holiday days in our cosy holiday apartment directly by the sea in Bibinje, just about 8 km south of the historic city of Zadar. The apartment offers space for up to 4 adults and 2 children on approx. 45 m² and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious, air-conditioned living kitchen with sofa bed, satellite TV, dining table and access to two south-facing balconies with magnificent sea views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-plate cooker, sink, large fridge, freezer, filter coffee machine, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. On the balconies, you can enjoy the sun and sea view - ideal for breakfast or cosy evenings. Bed linen and towels are included, and the washing machine can be used free of charge. Air conditioning is available (for a small additional fee).

The holiday home is located directly on the sandy beach, just a few steps from the water - perfect for children and families. A Mediterranean garden with palm trees, lawns, outdoor shower and barbecue area is also available to guests. Figs and grapes from the garden may be harvested free of charge. A private parking space at the house is available, pets are unfortunately not permitted.

The old town centre of Bibinje with restaurants, cafés, supermarket, pharmacy and doctor is only a 5-minute walk away. Leisure activities in the area range from swimming, snorkelling, diving and jet skiing to boat and bicycle hire, kayaking or canoeing, water sports activities, banana boat rides and excursions to national parks or cultural attractions.

The apartment is ideally suited for families, couples, or those seeking peace who wish to enjoy a relaxed beach holiday in a central yet tranquil location with a breathtaking sea view.

At around 90 m² the apartment offers plenty of space and comfort. Particularly pleasant is the direct access to the garden and pool: from the apartment you can step directly into the generous outdoor area and enjoy relaxed holiday days in the green surroundings.

The holiday apartment features two separate bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. This provides a high level of comfort and privacy even with several guests.

The heart of the accommodation is the approximately 50 m² open living, dining and kitchen area. Here you will find plenty of space for cooking, eating and relaxing together. Additionally, a sofa bed with a sleeping area of approximately 140 × 200 cm is available in the living area.

The kitchen is comprehensively equipped and features, amongst other things, a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and extensive cookware.

A particular highlight is the large, covered terrace of approximately 27–30 m². It serves as an additional outdoor living area and offers a lovely view of the garden. From here you have direct access to the approximately 1,500 m² property.

In the communal outdoor area there is a pool, sun terrace, outdoor shower, sunbathing lawn, olive trees, a barbecue area and a children's playground.

Two air conditioning units ensure pleasant temperatures. WiFi, bed linen, towels, electricity, water and final cleaning are already included in the price. Free parking spaces are located directly at the house.

Location

The nearest pebble beach is only about 200 m away. Restaurants, cafés, shopping facilities and Bibinje harbour are also quickly accessible.

The historic old town of Zadar is located approximately 8 km away and offers numerous attractions, restaurants, shopping opportunities and leisure activities.

Important information

• In July and August, check-ins and check-outs are only possible on Saturdays.
• Pets are strictly not permitted. This applies regardless of animal type, size or number.
• The pool, garden and other outdoor areas are shared with other guests of the property.
