Spend your holiday in this air-conditioned holiday apartment with five well-equipped bedrooms, located on the 2nd floor of a quiet house on a sloping site. With approximately 120 m² of living space, the apartment offers room for up to ten people – ideal for families or groups.
Three bedrooms on the south side each have access to the south balcony with a magnificent sea view. One of these is equipped with a double bed, a single bed and its own bathroom with a shower. Another bedroom offers a double bed, the third on this side a double bed with a fold-out sofa bed as well as a practical kitchenette and its own bathroom.
Two additional bedrooms on the north side have double beds, one of them with an additional single bed and its own bathroom. A fourth bathroom with a bathtub is accessible from the hallway and completes the comfort.
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen with modern technology and adjacent terrace with sea view invites shared meals. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher provide additional comfort. Please note that the use of air conditioning is subject to an additional fee.
Only about 150 metres separate the holiday apartment from the fine sandy beaches and the crystal-clear water of Duce, which are particularly popular with families with children due to the gently sloping coastline.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find supermarkets, cafés and small shops. The historic old town of Omis with its winding alleys, restaurants and cultural offerings is just a few kilometres away and ideal for excursions.
