The covered balcony with sea view invites you to relaxing hours outdoors and offers space for meals or simply enjoying the fresh sea air. A parking space directly at the property ensures uncomplicated arrival and parking of the vehicle. A baby bed can be provided upon request.
Only 100 metres separate you from the sandy beach, so you can comfortably enjoy sun and bathing pleasures. Restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre are within a few minutes' walk. The surroundings offer numerous leisure activities such as water sports, pedal boating, jet skiing, diving, snorkelling, kayaking, beach volleyball, golf, horse riding or hiking tours in nearby nature parks and national parks.

This cosy Apartment A4 offers space for 3-4 people on 30 m² and is ideal for a relaxed holiday in Duce. The holiday apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living kitchen with a sofa bed for two people, and a bathroom with a shower. The mini kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, and air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV provide additional comfort. The 15 m² north-facing terrace offers space for breakfast or relaxing outdoors, equipped with a table, chairs and a parasol.
The apartment building is located just about 50 metres from the fine sandy beach. Restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities can be found in the immediate vicinity.
