With 120 m², the accommodation offers space for up to 6 people, with an additional 2 sleeping places on the sofa bed. Three bedrooms with double beds and two modern bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV and WiFi make your stay particularly pleasant.
The 19 m² terrace with sea view is ideal for enjoying shared meals or watching the sunset. Parking facilities are available directly at the property. Baby cots can be provided upon request. Pets are not permitted.
Right in front of the door, you'll find a sandy beach, perfect for children and families. Swimming, snorkelling, kayaking or boat trips provide plenty of fun. In the surrounding area, you'll find restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. For active holidaymakers, Duce offers numerous hiking trails, cycling routes and opportunities for water sports. Cultural excursions to Omis or Split are also easily possible.
Please note that a one-time final cleaning fee will be charged for the accommodation. Additionally, there is a new damage deposit of €300, which must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure.
