Spend an unforgettable family holiday in our spacious holiday apartment in Duce, just a few steps from the sandy beach. With 120 m², the accommodation offers space for up to 6 people, with an additional 2 sleeping places on the sofa bed. Three bedrooms with double beds and two modern bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV and WiFi make your stay particularly pleasant.
The 19 m² terrace with sea view is ideal for enjoying shared meals or watching the sunset. Parking facilities are available directly at the property. Baby cots can be provided upon request. Pets are not permitted.
Right in front of the door, you'll find a sandy beach, perfect for children and families. Swimming, snorkelling, kayaking or boat trips provide plenty of fun. In the surrounding area, you'll find restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. For active holidaymakers, Duce offers numerous hiking trails, cycling routes and opportunities for water sports. Cultural excursions to Omis or Split are also easily possible.
Please note that a one-time final cleaning fee will be charged for the accommodation. Additionally, there is a new damage deposit of €300, which must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure.

This spacious holiday apartment on the first floor offers space for up to 8 people on 120 m² and is located just 100 metres from the sandy beach. The apartment has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, as well as a south-facing balcony and a south-facing terrace with a breathtaking sea view.
The modern equipped main kitchen offers a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle and filter coffee machine. The dining area for 4-6 people is separated from the cooking area by a counter. A summer kitchen with a small kitchen unit and a large dining table for 8 people opens directly to the terrace and connects Bedroom 1 and 2.
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned, has a double bed and a single bed, wardrobe, satellite TV and its own south-facing balcony. Bedroom 2 is also air-conditioned, with a double bed, sofa bed for 1-2 children, wardrobe, satellite TV and its own bathroom/WC with shower. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, wardrobe, fan and refrigerator. Three bathrooms are each equipped with shower, WC and bidet.
The apartment includes up to 10 parking spaces on site, a barbecue area in the outdoor area and WiFi. Small pets up to 10 kg are allowed. Towels must be brought along, air conditioning can be used for a fee. The surrounding area offers diverse leisure activities such as water sports, cycling, hiking, boat rental and cultural attractions.
