PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
This beautiful holiday home with two large apartments is located directly on the sea, in a quiet location in the northern part of the idyllic Küsten village Kampor on the island of Rab. The nearest sand beach, which is also suitable for small children and non-swimmers, is hardly 100m. The center of Kampor is about 500 meters away. Here there is a large supermarket, sports fields, a diving school, restaurants and cafes. Both apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV and internet (WLAN). Each apartment has about 100 m² and is suitable for 4 + 2 persons. Both apartments have 2 separate bedrooms, each with private bathroom (en suite), a kitchen with dining room and a spacious terrace with a fantastic view of the sea and the bay. The kitchens are equipped with a large fridge and freezer, stove (4 hotplates), oven, microwave, water cooker and coffee machine. Around the house is a garden with barbecue. There is also free private parking. Pets are not allowed.
