The apartment features three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a cosy living room with a dining area. The two terraces, one of which is covered, offer partial sea views and invite you to have breakfast or dinner outdoors. A private barbecue and plenty of seating ensure sociable hours.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine, making self-catering easily possible. Air conditioning and heating in all rooms ensure maximum comfort in every season. WiFi and satellite TV are of course available. Washing machine, parking for 2-3 cars and the possibility of bringing pets round off the offer (additional fees may apply).
The location is ideal for beach lovers: The nearest beach is only 250 metres away, popular nudist beaches as well as other sandy, rocky and pine wood beaches can be reached in about 1 km. Restaurants, shops and a supermarket are located in the immediate vicinity, the old town of Rab with its historical architecture is only 3 km away and conveniently accessible on foot via the promenade.
For active holidaymakers and nature lovers, the surroundings offer numerous opportunities: boat trips, diving, mini golf, tennis, hiking, mountain biking or museum visits. A boat mooring is available upon request.

Gebucht für 2 Familien mit mehrere Kinder , bekommen 3 Zimmer zum schlafen und 1 Esszimmer und kleine Küche .
Ich zähle erstmal Pluspunkte
- eigene Parkplatz mit Schatten
- jedes Zimmer eigene Bad
- 2 Waschmaschine ( Gemeinschaft )

Ich zähle erstmal Pluspunkte - eigene Parkplatz mit Schatten - jedes Zimmer eigene Bad - 2 Waschmaschine ( Gemeinschaft ) - Fernsehprogramme alle Kanäle vorhanden - Gastgeber war freundlich - kleine Shop in der Nähe Minuspunkte: - Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist leider nicht so toll, manchmal kein Wasser - alles so dunkel, kein helle Eindruck - 1 Klimaanlage an Flur, Balkon wegen Klima Turbine die draußen hängt ist zu warm - kleine Kühlschrank unmöglich für Familien - Internet .. nur einer kann es nutzen ( sehr langsame Verbindung) - braucht Sanierung Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung |
