This spacious apartment in the holiday resort of Ljubač offers the ideal setting for an unforgettable family holiday on the North Dalmatian coast. With space for up to 4 people, the accommodation features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a sofa bed, air conditioning and SAT TV. Two balconies with sea views invite you to relax and provide ample space to enjoy the sun and fresh sea air. A private washing machine and baby cot on request ensure additional comfort. Pets are welcome and allowed for an additional charge.
The apartment is located only about 300 metres from the sea, so you can reach the fine sandy and pebble beaches within a few minutes. The idyllic location of the house in a quiet environment is ideal for families, couples or active holidaymakers who want to combine nature, sea and relaxation. On the property, there is a sunbathing lawn, an outdoor grill, a sun terrace, garden terraces and a table tennis table available. If desired, you can also use the boat mooring or participate in excursions with the owner.
The environment offers diverse leisure opportunities: Swimming, windsurfing, kayaking or boat trips are directly accessible, while attractions, nature parks, hiking routes and numerous sports and leisure activities are within 20 km. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are located in the immediate vicinity, so you have everything for a relaxed holiday right on site.
The price includes air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, use of the boat facility, baby bed, high chair, and internet access. Additional costs will be incurred for pets and optional interim cleaning.
