Each apartment is fully equipped with satellite/cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning, and its own bathroom. The attic apartment for up to 5 people has two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with corner sofa bed, dining area and kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The covered terrace offers sea view, a table with chairs for four people, a clothes horse and a private outdoor grill. Separate access, bed linen and towels are available.
In the spacious outdoor area, you will find a garden, courtyard, sun terrace, shaded spots, and sun loungers - perfect for relaxed hours outdoors. Parking spaces for three vehicles are available directly at the house.
The accommodation is located just 50 m from the rocky beach; sandy and pebble beaches are accessible within 900 m. Restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops are located in the immediate vicinity.
In the surrounding area, you can enjoy numerous leisure activities: water sports, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, bicycle and kayak rental, mini golf, beach volleyball, and children's leisure parks.
Included in the price are air conditioning, bedding, towels, electricity, water, gas, heating, Wi-Fi, kitchen towels, and the use of the washing machine. Additional costs will be incurred for final cleaning, deposit, tourist tax, and the use of the whirlpool (Jacuzzi).

This tastefully furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern holiday home in a quiet residential area of Medulin, one of the most popular holiday destinations in Istria. The house is situated on the southeastern edge of the town, far from through traffic – ideal for those seeking relaxation and proximity to the sea.
With a living area of around 52 m², the apartment offers space for up to five people. It has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a bright living area with a cosy sofa bed, dining area and modern kitchen unit. This is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: 4-plate cooker, refrigerator, kettle, filter coffee machine, extractor fan and cooking utensils. Air conditioning, heating, SAT-TV and WiFi are of course part of the equipment.
