This modern furnished holiday apartment offers you everything you need for a relaxed holiday in Istria on around 52 m². It is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house with five apartments, in a quiet residential area on the south-eastern edge of Medulin - far from through traffic and yet only a few minutes' walk from the sea, restaurants and shopping opportunities.
The spacious living area is air-conditioned and equipped with a cosy sofa bed, dining table and SAT-TV. The adjacent kitchenette features a 4-plate stove, refrigerator, extractor hood, kettle, filter coffee machine as well as crockery and cooking utensils – perfect for self-catering. From the living room, you can directly access the covered terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs and offers an ideal place to relax or enjoy meals outdoors.
Two separate bedrooms offer space for up to five people – one with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), the other with two single beds (each 90 × 200 cm). The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, bidet and window. WiFi, bed linen and towels are included. A private parking space directly at the house is available to you.
The location of the accommodation is ideal: The sea is only about 400 metres away, and the popular sandy beach Bijeca - known for its shallow access and particularly popular with families with children - can be reached in just five minutes on foot. Nearby, you will also find several restaurants (200 m), cafés and a supermarket (200 m). The town centre of Medulin is only 400 metres away, while the historic city of Pula with its famous amphitheatre can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
The outdoor area of the house comprises a well-maintained 700 m² plot with a garden and sunbathing lawn. Each apartment has its own parking space. A washing machine is available for communal use (for a fee). Pets are not permitted out of consideration for other guests.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem verkehrsberuhigten Wohngebiet mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand und Hafen. Sie ist recht neu und macht einen gepflegten Eindruck.
Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und auch in der Küche sind alle notwendigen Geräte für die einfache Urlaubsküche vorhanden. Leider gibt es zwar einen Backofen, aber keine Auflaufform o.ä. Das WLAN ist nicht das schnellste. Die erwähnte Waschmaschine muss separat pro Waschgang bezahlt werden (übertriebene 5€!), w as aus der Objektbeschreibung nicht ersichtlich ist. Die Grillreinigung mit 20€ pro Grillabend schreckt von einem solchen ab. Schade. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, so dass Wassernutzung und vor allem Stühlerücken von anderen Wohneinheiten deutlich hörbar sind. In Summe ist es eine gute Ferienwohnung. |
