The apartment has two bedrooms with a total of three beds - two double beds and one single bed - and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 persons. A modern bathroom with a shower completes the interior. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and central heating to guarantee you a pleasant room climate all year round.

In the fully equipped kitchen with a stove, you will find everything you need to prepare meals: refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee machine, kettle and complete kitchenware. A flat-screen TV with satellite reception ensures entertainment.

The location is excellent: only 400 metres from the beach. A supermarket and a bus stop are in the immediate vicinity, while the town centre is just 1.4 kilometres away. The airport is easily accessible at about 12 kilometres.

Additional amenities include a private parking space directly at the building, a balcony and a communal pool. A barbecue area invites you to spend sociable evenings outdoors. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
