The beautiful holiday home with 2 apartments, each for 4+2 people, is situated in a quiet, secluded location in the holiday resort of Medulin, approx. 2 km from the sea. The villa can also be rented as a whole. The two rental units on the ground floor and first floor each have 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, an eat-in kitchen and their own furnished terrace. Amenities include satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet, private parking and air conditioning.
The holiday home offers its guests a courtyard/garden use, a barbecue grill and sun loungers.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Pet are allowed.
A large private pool 9.70 x 4.80 m is currently under construction and will be completed by summer 2024. It will be accessible at ground level and will have a beach-like section.
