The private 20 m² terrace invites you to relax and enjoy meals together in the fresh air with a table, chairs, sun loungers and a parasol.
Only about 2 km from the nearest beach, enjoy the tranquillity of a secluded holiday destination, while restaurants, supermarkets and cafés are conveniently accessible. The holiday home is situated on a spacious, fenced plot of 1,700 m², offering guests courtyard and garden use as well as a barbecue option. For additional comfort, a large private pool is available, which will be completed by summer 2024. Pets are welcome, but may be subject to an additional charge.

A fantastic holiday apartment on a large property with a lovely pool. The location is very quiet and secluded – perfect if you really want to relax. The terrace was our favorite spot to unwind at the end of the day. Service and amenities were good thsee more

The terrace was our favorite spot to unwind at the end of the day. Service and amenities were good the only slight drawback was that the access road could be better signposted in places. Overall, though, a very enjoyable holiday!

This charming holiday apartment offers you a perfect retreat for your holiday on the Croatian Adriatic coast. With a total area of 42 square metres, the accommodation is ideal for families or small groups looking for comfort and proximity to the beach.
The apartment has two bedrooms with a total of three beds – two double beds and a single bed – and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. A modern bathroom with a shower completes the interior. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and central heating to guarantee you a pleasant room climate all year round.

This modern holiday apartment is located in the beautiful holiday resort of Medulin in Istria, just about 1 km from the sandy beach. The 47 m² apartment offers space for up to 5 people and features two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, freezer compartment, filter coffee maker and cooking utensils, and a living/dining area with a sofa bed, satellite TV and air conditioning. From the 10 m² balcony, you can enjoy the sun. Pets are welcome.
The facility offers a 50 m² freshwater pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, a barbecue area, and garden and courtyard use. A boat is available for excursions with the owner, and a private parking space is provided. WiFi is available, and a communal room and breakfast room are available to guests.
