The 55 m² accommodation offers space for up to five people and features two cosy bedrooms with double beds, a modern equipped bathroom, a fully equipped living kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, SAT-TV and air conditioning, as well as a comfortable sofa bed.
The 20 m² private terrace invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun or to relax in the afternoon. Sun loungers and a parasol are also available. Pets are welcome, although a small additional charge may apply. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The apartment is located only about 2 km from the nearest beach, where you can expect sandy and pebble beaches. Shopping opportunities, restaurants and cafés are accessible within a few minutes. On the large, fenced property, you can enjoy the courtyard and garden use or use the barbecue area for sociable evenings. A large private pool will be completed by summer 2024 and offers a ground-level, beach-like access.
In the surrounding area, you can expect numerous leisure activities: water sports, boat trips, diving, high ropes course, horse riding, bicycle and kayak tours, children's leisure parks, beach volleyball, and much more. Whether family holiday, romantic break, or active holiday – here you will find everything for a varied stay on the Istrian coast.

Abends und in der Nacht ist es wunderbar still und dunkel. Im Umkreis gibt es viel zu erkunden,Medulin selbst fanden wir zu turistisch. Das Bad ist sehr klein,aber für einen Urlaub ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen. |
