PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The Apartmenthouse is located in the heart of the old city of Nin - within the walls of the old city. Quiet and peaceful location. Apartments of 1, 2, 3 facing seaward which is only 30 meters away. Apartment No. 4 garden views. Airconditioning and internet available to all our guests. Common Grill for all our guests is located in the courtyard behind the building. Parking is available on our property for 4 vehicles (free).
You have 100 meters to the city center where all cafes, restaurants, mini supermarket, events, museum, pizzerias, icecream parlours, childrens playground and souvenir shops are located..
We are surrounded by two beautiful sandy beaches ideal for families with small children - have a 10-15 minute walk or 300 meters to the beach. Or if going by car it is a 2 minute drive to the nearest beach.
Nin is well known location for kiteboarding course and it is available on the beach Ždrijac. Airport pick up and drop off can be organised in advance at an extra cost. Excursions to all National Parks within close proximity can be organised in advance. We can organise to have you picked up and dropped off back to our apartments. Outdoor terrace with table and chairs. Located on ground floor level with grass area out front. Divider on the shared terrace enables each apartment to have their privacy whilst relaxing.

WI-FI available at no extra cost. Bed sheets, hand and foot towels are provided . Bath towels on request. Tea towels for the kitchen are provided x 2.
A change of bed sheets, hand and foot towels, kitchen tea towels take place every 7 nights at no extra cost for guests staying over a longer period of time. Grill area available to all guests in the back garden. Clothes line in back garden. Parking available on our property.
