PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The Apartmenthouse is located in the heart of the old city of Nin - within the walls of the old city. Quiet and peaceful location. Apartments of 1, 2, 3 facing seaward which is only 30 meters away. Apartment No. 4 garden views. Airconditioning and internet available to all our guests. Common Grill for all our guests is located in the courtyard behind the building. Parking is available on our property for 4 vehicles (free).
You have 100 meters to the city center where all cafes, restaurants, mini supermarket, events, museum, pizzerias, icecream parlours, childrens playground and souvenir shops are located..
We are surrounded by two beautiful sandy beaches ideal for families with small children - have a 10-15 minute walk or 300 meters to the beach. Or if going by car it is a 2 minute drive to the nearest beach.
Nin is well known location for kiteboarding course and it is available on the beach Ždrijac. Airport pick up and drop off can be organised in advance at an extra cost. Excursions to all National Parks within close proximity can be organised in advance. We can organise to have you picked up and dropped off back to our apartments. Upon arrival to our apartments you are provided with all the necessary information that you need - plan of the city, brochures, excursions that are available etc to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.  We look forward to your inquiry.

Apartment No.4-46 square metres in space leading onto the back garden with grass area and garden view. Fully contained kitchen, with dining and lounge area in one. Klik klak lounge suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children, LCD Satellite TV. Two (2) separate bedrooms with double beds(160x200), bathroom with toilet and shower facilities. Undercover terrace with table and chairs. Grill area and clothes line available to all our guests in the back garden. Quiet and peaceful location.

Guest access

WI-FI available at no extra cost. Bed sheets, hand and foot towels are provided . Bath towels on request. Tea towels for the kitchen are provided x 2. A change of bed sheets, hand and foot towels, kitchen tea towels take place every 7 nights at no extra cost for guests staying over a longer period of time. Use of airconditioner and tourist tax is included in the total cost.

We always greet our guests upon arrival and give them all the necessary information they require e.g. plan of the city, what to see and do and what is available to them at the time of their visit. Our aim is to ensure that our guests feel welcome and at home. We are here 24 hours a day should you need our help in any way. We also respect your privacy.

The apartment is located on the island and within the walls of the old city. Two minute walk to city centre where all restaurants, cafes, mini-supermarket, museum, bank and entertainment are located. Peaceful and quiet location with the sea 30 metres from the apartments. Surrounded by 2 sandy beaches which are ideal for families with young children. Queens beach has the the peloid mud known for its healing and curative purposes.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Nestled in a typical Mediterranean landscape, this newly built villa is located on a 900 m² very well-kept property with great garden including pool. The house is only about 400 meters from the sandy beach, where the fun never stops.
As true lovers of tourism we offer our guests a friendly and high quality service in a family atmosphere.
The guests of the house do not need to use a car during their stay because everything important is nearby, both day and night.

There are a total of 8 apartments of various sizes for rent. There are 3 studios for 2 + 2 persons, 3 apartments each with a separate bedroom for max 4 persons and 2 larger apartments for 5 to 7 persons. For the two identical studios in the 1st and 2nd floor and the two same apartments for 4 persons each in the 1st and 2nd floor, no specific rental unit can be booked. As all rental units on the upper floors offer sea views, the allocation will be subject to availability.

Up to 2 pets per apartment can be brought by arrangement.
