The accommodation offers a bedroom with a double and single bed, a modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a combined living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and satellite TV. From the covered balcony, you have direct access to the garden and sun terrace – perfect for relaxed hours outdoors or breakfast in the green.
Only about 70 metres from the apartment is the nearest sandy beach, which invites swimming, sunbathing and water sports. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, cafés and supermarkets, while sporting activities such as football, basketball or water sports are easily accessible. The town of Nin also convinces with its idyllic surroundings, surrounded by plenty of greenery, and offers ideal conditions for beach holidays, family holidays, activity holidays or cultural excursions.
The holiday home itself has a large garden, a barbecue area, an outdoor shower and a shared furnished terrace. WiFi and parking spaces are available to guests free of charge. Upon request, the owners can also organise shuttle services and excursions to nearby national parks.
