This lovingly furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a small, modern holiday home in the middle of the old town of Nin - on a quiet island, connected to the mainland only by a narrow bridge. The location is ideal for those who want to combine the Mediterranean flair of a historic town with proximity to the sea and family-friendly sandy beaches.
The apartment is ground-level accessible and offers space for up to five people on around 46 m². Two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds provide pleasant retreat opportunities, while a cosy sofa bed in the living area offers additional sleeping space. The furnishings are modern and practical at the same time – designed with great attention to detail.
The heart of the accommodation is the open living and dining area with direct access to the private, partially covered terrace. Here you can relax and have breakfast, eat together or simply enjoy the tranquillity of the garden. The terrace has a table, chairs and lounge furniture and offers direct access to the well-maintained communal garden.
The compact kitchen is equipped with everything you need for an independent holiday - including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooktop, toaster, kettle and a classic filter coffee machine. A dining table for four people harmoniously adjoins the kitchen area. Further equipment includes an LCD TV with satellite reception and WiFi, which is available to you free of charge.
The accommodation has a modern bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Air conditioning and heating are available and can be used for a fee depending on the season and requirements. Bed linen, hand and kitchen towels are included in the stay.
A parking space directly at the house is reserved for you. A washing machine and an intermediate cleaning can be used at an additional charge upon request. Similarly, all guests of the house have access to a communal barbecue area in the garden - perfect for sociable holiday evenings.
