Welcome to our cosy apartment in the heart of the old town of Nin - just a few steps from the sea. This lovingly furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern holiday home and is ideal for couples or families with small children looking for a relaxed break on the Adriatic coast.

The apartment offers a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed on approx. 25 m² of living space, a bathroom with a shower, and an open living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping comfort, offering space for up to two children or another adult.

From the living space, you directly access the spacious, partially covered terrace with a view of the greenery – an ideal place for cosy outdoor meals or relaxed evenings with a glass of wine. The well-maintained garden area is available to all guests and invites you to linger with a sunbathing lawn and barbecue spot.

The apartment's equipment includes free WiFi, satellite TV, an air conditioning system (available for a fee) as well as all important kitchen utensils - including coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided and regularly changed at no extra charge. Bath towels are also available upon request.

A private parking space directly at the house is reserved for you, and you will also find practical extras such as a shared clothesline or a washing machine for joint use (for a fee). A baby bed can also be provided upon request for a charge.

The location of the apartment is quiet and yet central: Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the charming town centre with its restaurants, cafés, small shops and cultural attractions. Two beautiful sandy beaches, ideal for families with children, are within walking distance. For guests arriving by car, the hosts offer discounted parking tickets for the surrounding beaches.

Nin is also considered a hotspot for kitesurfers - beginner and advanced courses are offered at the nearby Ždrijac beach. Numerous other leisure activities such as water sports, cycling or cultural excursions are also possible in the surrounding area.

From the covered balcony, you have direct access to the garden and sun terrace – perfect for relaxed hours outdoors or breakfast in the green.

Only about 70 metres from the apartment is the nearest sandy beach, which invites swimming, sunbathing and water sports. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, cafés and supermarkets, while sporting activities such as football, basketball or water sports are easily accessible. The town of Nin also convinces with its idyllic surroundings, surrounded by plenty of greenery, and offers ideal conditions for beach holidays, family holidays, activity holidays or cultural excursions.

The holiday home itself has a large garden, a barbecue area, an outdoor shower and a shared furnished terrace. WiFi and parking spaces are available to guests free of charge. Upon request, the owners can also organise shuttle services and excursions to nearby national parks.
