The 70 m² holiday apartment offers space for up to 8 people and features three bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine and toaster, as well as a living room with satellite TV, air conditioning and sofa bed. Two balconies (4–5 m²) with partial sea view are furnished and covered, equipped with table, chairs, sun lounger and parasol.
The property includes 70 m² of courtyard and garden with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and parasols. A boat mooring for boats up to 6 m in length is available upon request. The accommodation offers a parking space directly on the property.
