This holiday apartment on the first floor offers 50 m² of living space and is ideally suited for up to four people. Two bedrooms with double beds ensure restful sleep, while the bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, and mirror.
The open living and kitchen area has air conditioning, SAT-TV, a dining table, armchairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, and cooking and dining utensils.
The covered south balcony is directly accessible from the kitchen and living room and offers sea views as well as a table and chairs – a pleasant place for outdoor meals or relaxed hours with a view. A separate access ensures privacy.
A parking space is available at the property. Washing facilities are provided via the communally usable washing machine at the landlord's. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted.
The accommodation is located only 100 m from the gravel beach, while supermarket, restaurants and the town centre are conveniently accessible on foot. The airport is located approximately 7 km away. A boat mooring for boats up to 5 m in length is available on request and is located around 100 m away.
The environment offers diverse water sports opportunities such as sailing, windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, parasailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, pedal boating, and boat rental.
