The covered, south-facing balcony is directly accessible from the kitchen and living area and offers a beautiful sea view. Equipped with a table and chairs, it invites relaxed breakfast moments, shared meals, or quiet evenings with a view. A separate access to the apartment ensures additional privacy.
For longer stays, the available washing machine, which is available to guests and offers additional flexibility, is particularly pleasant. A parking space directly at the property is also available.
The location is convincing due to its proximity to the sea: The pebble beach is only about 100 metres away. Supermarket, restaurants and the town centre are conveniently within walking distance. The airport is located approximately 7 kilometres away. A boat mooring for boats up to five metres in length is also only about 100 metres away and can be used upon request.
In the surrounding area, you can expect numerous leisure activities such as sailing, windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, parasailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, pedal boating, and various boat rentals.
