This well-maintained and tastefully furnished apartment on the second floor offers space for up to four people on 50 m² of living space and is ideal for families or couples looking for beach-near accommodation with sea views. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, making both shared travel and privacy comfortably possible.
The bright living and dining area is air-conditioned and equipped with TV, dining table and seating. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for a relaxed self-catering holiday, including cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, extractor hood, filter coffee machine, kettle as well as cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Additionally, a dishwasher is available, which provides extra comfort.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror. Towels are included in the price, as are bed linens. A communally usable washing machine in the house also enables a pleasant stay during longer visits.
Particularly noteworthy is the south-facing terrace with sea view. Here, a table and chairs as well as two sun loungers invite you to start the day relaxed or let it fade away at sunset.
The location is excellent: The gravel beach is only 100 metres away, as is a boat mooring for boats up to five metres in length, which can be used upon request. Supermarkets, restaurants and the town centre can be reached comfortably on foot. The airport is located approximately seven kilometres away.
In the nearby area, numerous leisure activities are available such as sailing, windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, parasailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, pedal boating, and boat rental.
The total price includes air conditioning, final cleaning, registration and deregistration fees, tourist tax, electricity, water, gas, internet access, as well as bed linen and towels. A parking space directly at the property is available free of charge. Pets are not allowed, and smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.
