The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by plenty of greenery, with shops, restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity. Trogir is only 2 km away, and Split can be reached in around 30 km.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), insect screen, and complete blackout. The living area combines kitchen, dining and living room: equipped with electric hob (2 plates), microwave, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, kettle, cooking and eating utensils, sofa bed (160 x 190 cm), 3-seater sofa, TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror.
The equipment includes Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, bed linen, towels and a shared washing machine at the landlord's. A private parking space is available at the property. The accommodation is partially barrier-free, pets are not allowed and smoking is permitted.
