This beautiful holiday home with 6 rental units is located in Palit near Rab town. It is only 150 meters from the sea and just as far from the beautiful sandy beach. The old town of Rab is about 500m. A grocery store is less than 50m away and there is also a restaurant nearby. There are 3 spacious and comfortable apartments with 2 bathrooms, as well as 3 guest rooms with private bath / WC and terrace to choose from. All rental units have satellite TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The apartments have several balconies or terraces and in two there is also a dishwasher. On request and against a surcharge, you will receive a rich breakfast in the morning, served by the friendly landlady, who also speaks excellent German. The house has a private parking lot directly at the house. A private boat mooring is located in the marina 200m away. Pets, large and small, are unfortunately not allowed. The island of Rab is an oasis of Mediterranean beauty. It is characterized by numerous bays, sandy and rocky beaches, lush vegetation and a rich fauna. The apartments are located in Palit in the central part of the island of Rab. This location is ideal for those who want to stay close to the old town of Rab, close to the sea (100m) and not far from it would like to go to the other parts of the island which offer a lot of other beautiful beaches.

The house has 4 rental units.  2 Two-bedroom apartments, 1 one-bedroom apartment and a studio apartment.

The guests are offered everything they need: quality accommodation, a beautiful view of the most beautiful bay of St. Euphemia in Rab, the Franciscan monastery and the unique sunset. The apartments are therefore the ideal choice for a quiet and active holiday.

For guests who prefer long walks or like to cycle, we recommend the "Lungo mare", the coastal promenade, which runs along very close to the house. You can reach the town of Rab on a leisurely walk in about 30 minutes. Enjoy the unique landscape that offers a walk along the bay of St. Euphemia, where the sea, the rocky coast and the pine forests merge together to create a Mediterranean nature experience.
