The cosy holiday apartment on the ground floor offers the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday for two or three people in a quiet location near Poreč. The rental unit impresses with its bright atmosphere, a well-thought-out room layout and direct access to the well-maintained garden. On one level, you have a large bedroom, a bathroom and a living and kitchen area with a sofa bed for an additional person. The estate is located in the village of Kukci, just about 3 km from the sea, beaches, and the centre of Poreč. The surroundings are characterised by tranquillity and plenty of greenery, while shopping facilities and gastronomy are easily accessible. A small shop with fresh baked goods and a restaurant are located approximately 350 metres from the house. Upon request, you will also receive personal tips about beautiful beaches and small bays along the coast, which are conveniently accessible and offer free parking.
