This spacious holiday apartment on the top floor of a well-maintained house in Privlaka offers space for up to six people on 75 m². With two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and an open living area with a kitchen and sofa bed, the accommodation is ideal for families or groups who want to combine beach holiday and comfort.
The apartment has SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning, heating, dishwasher and a private washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen includes stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. A sofa bed provides space for two additional guests.
The 15 m² large, partially covered terrace with sea view is furnished and invites you to relaxed meals outdoors. An awning provides shade, and a clothes horse is also available.
The house is located in a quiet, green environment and offers a large, well-maintained garden with lawns, flower beds, Komin (traditional barbecue hut), summer kitchen, outdoor shower, and sports facilities such as basketball.
