This cosy holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained house in the quiet coastal town of Privlaka, just about 150 metres from the sea and the gently sloping sandy beaches – ideal for families with children. The accommodation offers space for up to four people and is an excellent choice for a relaxing beach holiday near Zadar.
On 42 m² of living space, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The equipment includes SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning, and a washing machine. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for self-catering – including a cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.
The 20 m² large, partially covered terrace is equipped with a table and chairs and invites you to enjoy cosy meals outdoors. An awning provides shade on hot summer days, and a clothes horse is also available.
The house is situated on a 1,500 m² fenced plot with a well-maintained garden, barbecue facilities, seating areas, and space for playing. A small basketball court and a summer kitchen in the garden provide sporting variety. Guests can enjoy fruits and vegetables from their own cultivation. A parking space is located directly at the house.
Pets up to 10 kg are welcome (for a fee), and an airport transfer can be arranged upon request.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need for a relaxed stay: restaurants, cafés, supermarket and bakery are within a few minutes' walk. The centre of Privlaka is only 150 metres away.

Alles sehr sauber, wir wurden sehr Freundlich empfangen mit einen Glass Wein. Die Besitzerin des Hauses ist sehr Freundlich und Nett auch zu Kindern. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.
