The holiday apartment is ideal for two people and offers modern equipment on 30 m² that combines comfort and functionality. It has a bedroom, an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle) as well as a bathroom. From the living area, you can enjoy the view of the sea.
For pleasant temperatures, an air conditioning system takes care of things, and garden furniture as well as a private parking space are available in the outdoor area. Wi-Fi is currently not available – a good opportunity to truly switch off and enjoy the peace by the sea.
The house in which the apartment is located is situated directly on the coast and offers boat enthusiasts the opportunity to use a boat berth directly at the house's own pier upon request (chargeable during the summer months). A parking space for boat trailers is also available.
For culinary variety, the in-house tavern with a charming terrace directly by the sea provides the perfect setting. Here, guests can optionally book breakfast, lunch, or dinner on-site. The kitchen offers fresh fish, Mediterranean specialities, vegetables from their own cultivation, and wine from the family-owned cellar – an authentic taste experience of the island of Rab.
