The approximately 30 m² holiday apartment offers space for two people and features a separate bedroom, a bathroom and a bright living and dining area with an open kitchen. This is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle, and provides everything you need for uncomplicated self-catering. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures even on hot summer days.
The balcony with a view of the sea and the nearby sandy beach is particularly lovely. Here you can enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the morning or spend a relaxing day winding down in the fresh sea air. The living area also offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic. Garden furniture is also available.
A private parking space is located directly at the house. For guests arriving with their own boat, the accommodation offers a mooring place at the house's own boat dock on request. This is subject to a fee during the summer months. There is also a storage space for boat trailers. WiFi is not available in the holiday apartment.
