We’ve had a good four-nights stay at the apartment. We’ve stayed at the apartment last year around the same time for six nights, so we knew the place, the surroundings. Everything was pleasant like last year. Except we wanted to do a six nights stay again, but unfortunately there was a double booking. We stayed in the apartment in May 2025 and booked the vacation in December 2024. One week before our vacation we were informed that we can only stay for four nights. In the end, we had to look for another accommodation for the first two nights. The refund for the two nights we’ve originally already booked and paid was easy and quickly managed between the host and Airbnb.

Traumhafte Lage der Unterkunft! Unsere Erfahrungen wurden übertroffen. Super schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick. Die Schlafzimmer, die Badezimmer und die Küche waren sauber und funktionstüchtig. Die Badezimmer sind großzügig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Auch das kleine Grillhäuschen direkt neben dem Haus haben wir benutzt und hatten schöne Grilltage. Der Steg direkt vor dem Haus bietet die optimale Möglichkeit, ein Boot zu chartern und es dort über Nacht festzumachen. Wir waren als Familie zu siebt dort (sieben Erwachsene): nach vorheriger Rücksprache konnten wir einen kleinen Camper auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Haus parken, wo zwei Personen geschlafen haben. Damit war die Unterkunft groß genug, dass jeder seinen persönlichen Bereich haben kann, man sich aber auch gemeinsam zusammensetzen kann, um Sonne und Meer zu genießen.

The beautiful holiday home with large outdoor area, garden pavilion and 5 cozy apartments and apartments for 2-7 persons is located in the tranquil coastal village of Barbat on the island of Rab in the Kvarner Bay. The house is located only 200 meters from the sea and the beach promenade that stretches to the old town of Rab town. Nearby there is a bakery, a supermarket, several cafes and some restaurants.
