The beautiful holiday home with large outdoor area, garden pavilion and 5 cozy apartments and apartments for 2-7 persons is located in the tranquil coastal village of Barbat on the island of Rab in the Kvarner Bay. The house is located only 200 meters from the sea and the beach promenade that stretches to the old town of Rab town. Nearby there is a bakery, a supermarket, several cafes and some restaurants. The house is located directly on the sea and is separated from the sandy beach only by the promenade. The great location directly on the sea also offers the possibility to bring your own boat with a maximum length of 7m and moor at the hotel's own jetty.
