The house is located just 200 metres from the sea and the beach promenade, which leads directly to the old town of Rab Town. In the surrounding area, you will find bakeries, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants.
The apartments are modern equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi. The large outdoor area invites relaxation: An idyllic garden with pavilion and bar offers chilled drinks, coffee and seating. Additionally, there is a communal barbecue and a free parking space directly at the house. Pets are welcome.

Welcome to your holiday home on the popular island of Rab, in the charming coastal town of Barbat - just a few steps from the sea and a dreamlike sandy beach. This cosy apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house directly on the promenade and is the perfect choice for families, couples or small groups who want to enjoy sun, sea and Mediterranean tranquillity.
The holiday apartment offers space for up to four people on 35 m². It has two separate bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a single bed – as well as a bright living area with a sofa bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, oven, refrigerator and freezer compartment. Sat-TV and air conditioning provide additional comfort. The highlight of the accommodation are two covered balconies – one with access from the living room, the other from the bedroom – both with seating, ideal for a cosy breakfast or a relaxed evening in the fresh air.
A parking space is available directly at the house, as well as a boat berth at the house's own jetty upon request (chargeable during the main season). There is also a parking space for boat trailers - ideal for guests arriving with their own boat. WiFi is currently not available, which many guests appreciate in order to truly switch off during their holiday and enjoy the sound of the sea in peace.
A special highlight is the in-house tavern with a beautiful terrace directly by the sea. Here, guests can book breakfast, lunch or dinner on site and enjoy Mediterranean cuisine with fresh fish, meat dishes, homemade vegetables and wine from their own cultivation – authentic, warm-hearted and with a view of the Adriatic.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: a restaurant right in front of the house, a supermarket just 200 metres away, and the town centre of Rab at a distance of about 3 kilometres. The fine sandy beach is only 20 metres from the accommodation – ideal for families with children, beach lovers, and water sports enthusiasts.

Apartment A2 features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a living area with SAT-TV and sofa bed. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures.
