This comfortable holiday apartment on the island of Rab offers the perfect combination of tranquillity, sea view and thoughtful equipment for a relaxing stay on the Croatian Adriatic. With a living area of around 70 m², the accommodation is ideal for families or small groups and offers sufficient space for up to six people.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms and a cosy living area with an additional sleeping option. This provides enough space for shared time, but also opportunities for retreat during the holiday. A modern bathroom complements the functional floor plan and ensures additional comfort during your stay.

The open living and dining area forms the heart of the holiday apartment. Here you can relax together or enjoy meals. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your own dishes, including a hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and various kitchen utensils. Wi-Fi and television provide additional comfort.

On warm summer days, an air cooler provides pleasant cooling. This is a mobile device that visually resembles a small air conditioning unit. It cools the room air through evaporation and simultaneously provides a light humidification of the air, thereby noticeably improving the room climate.

A special highlight of the accommodation is the balcony with sea view. Here you can start the day relaxed with breakfast outdoors or let the evening end with a glass of wine and enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea.

The sea and the nearest beaches are located only about 700 metres away and are conveniently accessible. In the surrounding area, you will also find restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities for daily needs. The historic old town of Rab with its characteristic church towers, narrow alleys and numerous restaurants is also quickly accessible and invites you to take a leisurely stroll.

The island of Rab is considered one of the most beautiful holiday destinations on the Croatian Adriatic and is known for its diverse beaches, crystal-clear water and Mediterranean nature. In addition to beach holidays, there are numerous opportunities for excursions, walks along the coast or boat trips to the surrounding islands.

Please note that there is no washing machine in the apartment. However, in the town there is an affordable laundromat where guests can easily wash their laundry.

The spacious holiday apartment in the attic of a charming house in Barbat on the island of Rab offers plenty of space for families or groups of up to six people on 85 m². Only about 200 metres separate you from the crystal-clear sea and the beautiful beach promenade, which extends to the old town of Rab. In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need for a relaxed stay – restaurants, cafés, a bakery and shopping opportunities are conveniently within walking distance.

The apartment impresses with a friendly, bright atmosphere and a well-thought-out room layout. Three separate bedrooms ensure sufficient privacy, while two bathrooms with shower and daylight provide comfort. The cosy living and dining area with a large corner sofa, SAT-TV and air conditioning invites you to relax. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find an electric cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and microwave, as well as a coffee machine – perfect for self-catering. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea – ideal for letting the day end in a relaxed manner at sunset.

The house is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with a pavilion and bar, where chilled drinks and coffee (for a fee) are available. In addition, a communal barbecue area, sun loungers, and shady spots for relaxation are at your disposal. The parking lot directly by the house is free of charge. Pets are welcome, however a fee will be charged.

For boat owners, there is the option, upon request, to use a boat berth (up to 8 m in length, subject to fees) - the nearest mooring is located approximately 250 metres away.
