Additionally, there are sun loungers, lounge furniture, a communal barbecue and a large free car park directly at the house. Pets are welcome.

Only about 200 metres separate you from the crystal-clear sea and the beautiful beach promenade, which extends to the old town of Rab. In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need for a relaxed stay – restaurants, cafés, a bakery and shopping opportunities are conveniently within walking distance.
The apartment impresses with a friendly, bright atmosphere and a well-thought-out room layout. Three separate bedrooms ensure sufficient privacy, while two bathrooms with shower and daylight provide comfort. The cosy living and dining area with a large corner sofa, SAT-TV and air conditioning invites you to relax. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find an electric cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and microwave, as well as a coffee machine – perfect for self-catering.
