The price includes parking in the yard , large covered terrace on one side and a balcony overlooking the sea on the other side of the apartment , cot and high chair , wi-fi , SAT TV, Air conditioning without a time limit, kitchen , dishwasher, microwave , washing machine , a large number of towels , hair dryer , boat dock ...

In a quiet neighborhood , not many vehicles ppassing by.

All local amenities including the beach within 5 minutes walk !
