The 45 m² holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a cosy living area with a sofa bed, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything for self-catering: a fridge with freezer compartment, cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher.
A highlight is the private terrace with sea view, which leads directly into the well-maintained garden. It is partially covered and equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, lounge furniture, and a Hollywood swing - ideal for relaxed hours outdoors.
Guests have access to WiFi, heating, air conditioning and a private parking space directly at the house. The well-maintained property also offers a communal barbecue area, an outdoor shower and a sun terrace with loungers. The house in Supetarska Draga on the island of Rab offers four modern apartments for 2–4 people with sea views. Each apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a balcony or terrace, and a bathroom. In the outdoor area, there is a communal garden pavilion with a barbecue, a small pool (since 2017), and sun loungers. Pets are not allowed.
The apartments are approximately 50 m² in size, located on the first floor and consist of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, double sink, electric stove, extractor hood and filter coffee machine. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space for 2 people.
The balconies and terraces are covered and privately usable. Parking spaces are available at the property.
