The 40 m² holiday apartment on the ground floor offers space for up to five people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a 6-plate cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, cookware and dishes for up to six people. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping accommodation. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures, heating is not available.
The 20 m² south-west terrace is partially covered and offers lounge furniture, sun loungers, an awning, a dining table for six people, and direct access to the garden and courtyard.
